How to use iPhone explorer to clean up files?

I notice alot of the time when you uninstall a program it leaves a lot of crap on the iphone. /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/, where else should I be looking? Anyone familiar with file system of the iphone can give me a few tips on where else to look?

I'd leave it alone.
If you remove something you're not supposed to you will be stuck having to restore. Be careful using ssh.
