One day all my music, preset radio stations and playlists disappeared from my IPod Nano 6. The menu’s all are functions.

The Sync IPod menu is also grayed out in ITUNES. Tried resetting this device and everything else I could find on-line. Tried 4 different PC’s and different OS’s. Applied every update I could apply. Nothing has worked.

My Ipod appears in my drive list when I first plug it in for about 3 seconds as “Sean’s Ipod (D:).

Then it appears as Removable Disk (D:) for about 1 second

Then its gone for good until I plug it back in.

Getting very frustrated as these device is completely useless. Tried to create a ticket with Apple -they called, I missed the call and they hung up on my daughter because she didn't know the serial number of the IPOD which I gave them when I created the ticket. Willing to trade this device with any MP3 that works with ITUnes at this point.
