So I'd like to record those classes while I don't feel like paying attention or you know...

And I found two of them for iPod (photo). So which one is better? Considering especially the quality of sound. Or is there any other recorders available for iPod?

I understand that the iTalk is better -- and hey, I've been happy with mine.

You can plug in a mic to it in the headphone jack, if you want to be sure you're getting the absolute best quality possible (bearing in mind that the limiting device is generally the iPod itself).
