VGA Adapter Not Working in Windows 7 (32 bit)

I was running Win7 (32 bit) through bootcamp and could not get the VGA adapter to work. I've tested it and it worked fine while under OS X. In Windows 7, it could detect the secondary display, but I could not change the resolution of this display or manage to get anything to show. Anyone else encountered this issue and have a fix?

EDIT: I have a late 2010 13" Macbook air - 1.86 GHz/4GB RAM/128GB SSD
