Any app to stream music from PC AND allow Store locally?

Im looking for a desktop / iphone / ipad software solution that will allow me to stream my owned music from my PC to iphone/ipad's we have in the house (4) total and than also allow me to download those songs to the local devices for offline play?

I'm using Plex now for inhouse but it wont store them on the devices. itunes does not allow this either though it does allow in house use.

I was hoping someone might know a solution to my problem??

thanks forgot about that one, however it looks like the server software has been updated but they are not currently supporting iOS!?? that sucks. Does the old version allow storing songs locally? I have an old account but lost the old server software but I can google for it..
 
i wonder if that will be part of iClouds, i know you will be able to delete songs without connecting so maybe you can add them too
