So for those who know apparently you can back up your settings, sync with itunes then if u do a restore u can restore settings too.. but as with xbackup I would like to save a copy on my mac just in case. Anyone know where those files are and which ones? THANKS

Haven't played with iBlacklist myself, but most JB / Cydia apps store their data under either /var/mobile/Library or, if it's an app running as root (dunno if iBlacklist is one of the very few that are) /var/root/Library. Just look for subdirs containing the word "iBlacklist" in these dirs.
