(HELP) Uninstalling Alternative Youtube Player

So a few months ago, I was having trouble's playing youtube video's (come to find out it was youtube's problem) In the meantime I downloaded a player(?) that loads in the place of the youtube player, I am now trying to get rid of this.

Im not sure the name of the player downloaded but I can take a few photo's.

Any help is appreciated.

Browser has a history button, not too tough to figure out where you got it from.
