Changing Icons in 10.2.1

Anyone know how to do this? Does it only work on Cocoa apps...?

Changing icons

I've only tried it with disks and folders to date, not apps -but works the same way it always did - Get Info and past the new icon.

Yeah, i can't get ti to work with this one application...and it has a really bad icon....🙁

just a thought ... have you checked ownership & permissions?

good point, I'll try...yeah I ahve full read and write permissions...hmmm, this is strange... 😕
