Change iCal Application Font Color from BROWN to BLACK?

So i need some help from a coding savvy person. I want to change the iCal application font colors from fugly brown to black. I assume this info is contained in an iCal .nib file that needs to be opened in interface builder to change.

If ANYONE could help me with this, that would be so awesome.
