Does anyone know of any free e-mail services or sites that work with mac os x's mail app. and if so how do you set it up?

Any POP3 or IMAP mail service will work in Mail.app...and there are tons out there.

Common ones being university/school email addresses...

Hey, I told you exactly what you need to know. I don't have the time to search all over the 'net for you for the exact services. You can do that for yourself.

And if you don't know how to set up Mail...🙄
