Can anyone recommend a good creativity application similar to The Print Shop

My wife uses The Print Shop from Broderbund on her mac to create signs, tshirts, etc. It is really not a great software package. Can anyone recommend something similar that might be better? Basically it needs to have templates for various projects and lots of clip art.

Swift Publisher might fit the bill.
