Lion Mini Server, ARD display settings?

I'm using my Macbook Pro to access my Mini Lion Server (i7) with Remote Desktop since the server is in the closet with no display or keyboard/mouse. Is there a way to set the display resolution on the server so that I can use it at the native full screen resolution of my MBP 1440 x 900?

I know that I can choose Full Screen in ARD but I don't like the fuzziness when I use a higher resolution that is scaled down and the only choices in the server system preferences are 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024 or 1680x1050.

Is there any way to set another screen size?
Thanks.
