Missing Apps in LaunchPad

So, I am giving LaunchPad and go and trying to sort it out how I like everything

I have an installed app under applications (which is in a folder), I have been backwards/forwards through the launchpad pages and I cannot find it

Is there any reason why a particular app might be missing ?

Many thanks, didnt know you could drag and drop to it

now to continue testing it out
