Podcast playback setup on 4G iPod nano

On the 3G, 4G and 4G iPod nanos, I know you can have on the player a single named podcast and three previous, five previous and ten previous podcasts that have been uploaded.

Question: how can I configure the iPod nano 3G and 4G so it plays back the podcasts from oldest to newest? (For example, on my 4G iPod nano I the current and two previous podcasts of TWiT Network's This WEEK in Tech. I want to be able to select the oldest podcast on the list and it will play that, then it automatically play the newer ones straight through.)

I know that you can do this with the 6G iPod nano and the 3G/4G iPod touch running iOS 4.1 or later.
3G iPod nano (8 GB teal blue case), 7G iPod nano (16 GB blue case), 4G iPod touch (32 GB), iPad Air "Silver" (32 GB), iPhone 6 (64 GB Space Grey)
