Can't access share folder problem

A user uses a new MacbookPro with 10.7 OS and its firewall is disabled. But I can't access its share folder from other computer such as WinXP. For other Mac 10.6.7, I can access it without problems.

I can't ping the new MacbookPro and can't net view its share folder. It appears system error 5 and access is denied on WinXP.
But I can ping and can view the share folder on other Mac clients 10.6.7

How should I fix it? Please kindly help. Thanks.
