Attempting to copy to the disk macintosh hd failed itunes

Hi after downloading some music today it seems as if I can't copy it into my itunes. I've never had this problem before today, I've tried doing the things listed here but had no luck. https://discussions.apple.com/message/7623410?messageID=7623410#7623410
Can someone please help me? I have itunes 10.4 64-bit on Mac OS X Lion. I have a Macbook Pro early 2011 version.

I got this same problem on an earlier version of iTunes. For me, trying again made it work... sometimes. I never did figure out what was causing this error.
