Anybody fly model helicopters?
I have been bit by the RC helicopter bug and have parts on the way to fix a honey bee helicopter a friend gave me after he crashed it. The wait for the parts to arrive is killing me and every video or article I read makes it worse. I have never flown one but I am already looking at Trex 400s, and 500s and 3D flying and drooling.
Can anybody recommend a decent place to buy parts from? I ordered from xheli.com and am not impressed by the amount of time from when I placed the order to when they shipped the order. It has been about 8 days since I place my order and they just shipped on the 8th. I have looked at bananahobby and they seem to be fairly big but like every other website I read good reviews and then horror stories.
