how do you transfer stuff from computer to ipod

ok so ive scynced my ipod with a diffrent computer that now dosent exist and i got alot of stuff on my ipod and there are stuff on this computer i wanna put on my ipod through itunes but i dont wanna have to hit erase and sync what do i do

You can just drag-and-drop files to your iPod
