I have exactly the same issue! In my iPhone and iPad! both are running iOS 5 beta 6 :( I think I'll try restore and post a report because both devices have been updated from beta 5 "over the air".

EDIT: @merc73: but the problem is that the reminders from b5 have just disappeared, so there are no reminders to be deleted and I am afraid that even if I'll restore my devices the "hidden" reminders are still in my backup :(

iphonik4: this is how I did it.

Go to settings, iCloud.
My settings for reminders was off, so I just turn it on and off again. The + appears. I did remove all the old datas when it ask me to.

@merc73: ohhh!!!!! Maaaaaan! You have nearly saved my life!!!! :D :) thx a lot

EDiT: but when I synchronize the devices with my computer again, the same issue is back on stage :/ I have to delete all my reminders (even if there are NO reminders) using icloud (your method) to bring the "+" back...

Restarting the app worked for me... it was probably a bug. See if that helps. Also, you may wish to quote the other person rather than the @username... its easier for others to read the thread then.

OT: @saberahul: yeah :) but the iPhone forum i am from since 2008 users are not allowed to quote the post directly above ;) it is only a habit....
EDIT: no restarting the app does not work, everything is ok until the next synchronization... as I said...

hmm as iphoneik4 had mentioned, the + will gone again.

After some testing, just leave the icloud reminders as 'on'
After syncing, the + will be still there.

Yep agree! The best solution we can provide in this beta. Hope, in beta 7 it will be fixed...

:apple:

And I think it is caused by this major update in reminders in beta 6:

NEW: If reminders syncing is enabled for a Yahoo account and there is no reminders collection on the server, it will continually get recreated by the phone. Due to a Yahoo server bug, that collection will show up as an event calendar.

Had this problem for a few betas and it was driving me nuts. This fixed it. Thought I was going to have to do a complete restore for just this. Thanks a ton!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

Does anyone using Reminders have a "Due date" field independent of a remind me field? It appears if I make the reminder on iCloud...
