iPhone 4 wont backup.

Hi everybody.
My iPhone 4 is on firmware 4.3.5 .

Every time when I'm connecting it to the computer and open itunes, I'm trying to backup my iPhone.

It's doing like it's backing up and in the end it says: Ok to disconnect.
But I have no possiblity to resotre from backup.

I've tried everything. reinstalling itunes, hard reset, restore the whole iphone.
I dont know what else to do.

Please help me with this problem,
I want to backup all of my contacts and photos.

Go to iTunes preferences and then backups and see if its there.

I did. and it's blank. like nothing is backing up.
What to do next ?
