Mac mini 2011 (Intel HD Graphics 3000 vs. AMD Radeon HD 6630M)
Hi,
I'm going to buy new Mac mini for web development and digital photography processing using Coda, Lightroom, Photoshop, no need for 3D or video processing. I'll connect it to external display and my 42" plasma for watching HD movies. Should I go for model with 6630M or spend money on 8GB of RAM and SSD? For connecting it to external display I'll use mini display port to DVI (later on, after upgrading to 27" display, mini display port to display port) and to 42" plasma over HDMI cabel. is that OK? P.S. this would be my first Mac so I have many questions.

As a daily Photoshop and regular Lightroom user, I can assure you that the base model with 4 to 8 gigs of RAM is more than enough for both those programs. Can't help you on development, but since that's your field (my assumption), you should know what you need there. Most important is making sure your software works with Lion.
