Well, I have 5 questions:

1. Is there a Pro theme for Windows and Panels (including HUD's)?

2. Is there any back and forward buttons I could implement into my web browser like the ones in Safari?

3. Is there an outlet or action to make the QuickTime view go full screen.

4. How can I use Core Animation within my applications? (Ex. A Flip, or Cube Animation)

5. Is there anyway to make a Window Border black like QuickTime X?

1. Is there a Pro theme for Windows and Panels (including HUD's)?

In practise, no, AFAIK. The pro theme is in a framework, but the framework's API is not published.

2. Is there any back and forward buttons I could implement into my web browser like the ones in Safari?

Yes, it's a segmented control in a toolbar.

3. Is there an outlet or action to make the QuickTime view go full screen.

No, not a simple action. See the MyMediaPlayer sample code.

4. How can I use Core Animation within my applications? (Ex. A Flip, or Cube Animation)

Learn Core Animation.

5. Is there anyway to make a Window Border black like QuickTime X?

Yes, custom draw the window border.
