Guide to default permissions in Lion?

Having had some permission issues, I'd like to find a comprehensive guide to what the default permissions should be. I know they've changed in Lion, so the SL ones I've found aren't necessarily helpful. I've reset them using resetpassword in the Recovery HD, but that still left me with some problems, probably from old ACLs and permissions left in place by the reset.
