I am using splashtop & airvideo and both programs have some pop up during the start up of the machine which I need to click to close them.

How can I stop them to pop up?

Usually when you go to the settings or preferences of apps you can uncheck a box so they don't load at startup. I'm sure those apps have something like that but I'm not sure since I don't use them.

Right click its icon on the dock then Options --> Open at Startup.

Make sure 'Open at Startup' is unchecked.

System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items > Check the box to hide it during startup

System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items > Check the box to hide it during startup

This did not work. I tried both tick & un-tick and the result is the same.

Please note I want to load the software but I don't want the software to pop up.

Yes, that should of stopped it... What does the popup say? Trial or something?
