Lion can not mount Time Machine external drive

I have a WD 1TB external drive, and I use it as time machine, which format is mac os extended(journaled), and it works great in SL, but when I updated to Lion, and the first time I tried to do a time machine backup, the window popped up and tells me that I can only read the hard drive, and now I can not even mount it! My Lion can not mount mac os extended format, I want to know what's going on? And I did a disk repair and still, tells me I can only read..

Anybody, please help.. The drive is 1TB,and I've used 600GB of it, I can not erase it
 
Disk Warrior did the work, I'm so happy that it saved my 600GB files. But I do hope Apple can improve this time machine thing's stability, cause the disk warrior cost me 100 dollars.....That's a lot😡
 
I'm noticing that my WD 1tb drive does not show up in finder immediately after plugging it in. Sometimes, it can take a few minutes. This behavior only started after upgrading to Lion
