I run Windows 7 and the best I have found is MetaX.

The author has recently added the ability to tag multiple TV episodes at once using TVDB.
Has done a great job for what I have done so far.

First let me say, thanks for responding. I am using that now and I like it, just did not know if there were better tagging things out there.
