80GB classic stays in the MINI -- yesterday, no sound/volume. Eveything else works. Plugged in headphones -- nada on the sound front.

[Edit] tried a different iPod in the MINI, and it works fine, so it's definitely the iPod.
My guess is blown output stage
Any ideas ??
[edit] put it in the fridge for a couple of hours. working again. Based on what I've read, bad solder joint caused by overheating (makes sense as it lives in the car).
