Excel 11 for Mac on a 27" iMac
Dumb question
Every time I open Excel 11 it only opens on 1/4 of the iMac's 27" screen The first thing I need to do is drag it to fill the screen also, when I open a spreadsheet it opens using 1/4 - 1/5 of the screen In the windows version you can specify that it open new spreadsheets maximized What can I do with Excel for the Mac to change the way it opens? TIA Mark |

(Blood Diamond reference)Download RightZoom and add Excel to its list of programs. RightZoom will let you use the green + button as a maximise button, so Excel will automatically become full screen as soon as you click it. |

Full screen for Office for Mac 2011 is coming. No specific date has been announced.
In the mean time try closing the window after you set the size then open window. Did it remember the settings? |
