Hi All -

Just found out today that smbclient has been removed in Lion because Apple replaced samba with smbx.

Does anybody know what utility we can use under Lion that does the same thing smbclient did? I've been googling but haven't found the answer yet.

For those that don't know what smbclient was, it's like an ftp client that speaks smb protocol instead of ftp protocol. You can use it to copy files to a windows share and back. We were using it to automate some file copying from the command line on our macs.

Thanks for any help!

Steve
