Safari 5.1 - show all tabs at once?

Depending on the window size Safari shows only a specific number of tabs at once. For the rest of the tabs you have to click at the arrow on the right side.

Is there a way to show all tabs regardless of the current window size? I hate pressing the arrow to see all tabs.
