I know im probably one of the few people who actually think this stuff is interesting but... I would LOVE an add-on to iTunes that could tell me stats about my listening habits. For instance, the app might add up all my play counts and tell me how many times I have listened to my songs or could tell me my top 50 of the week/month etc. Does anyone know if this exists?

That capability is already part of iTunes. There are play counts and smart playlists that provide all the information you described, without the need for any add-ons. It sounds like you need to spend a little more time getting familiar with how iTunes works.

Hmmm - not sure you really answered his question there.
Anyway - The closest thing I can think of is the Last FM plugin - I think this shows you your most played tunes over different time periods.

I exactly answered the question. You don't need any add-ons to track the information the OP asked about. Look at the smart playlist I posted. That does exactly what the OP asked.

Well I use Last.FM mainly. I also have an application called Itunes Statistician that uses your play count information to give you a bunch of info. Here's a link:

Does anyone know where 'update play counts from all devices' went?
I could have sworn there was a setting somewhere in iTunes.
Watching a lot of stuff on iPad and iPhone...it's easier to keep track if these all were syncing properly, but since the iOS5 upgrade, I've lost that functionality.
Any help would be appreciated.
