Synergy setup: "command not found" on client

I'm trying to setup Synergy between my powerbook and iMac. Everyhting seems to be working great on the powerbook, which is the server computer, but when I try and run the command "synergyc -f powerbook.local" on the iMac, I get the message "command not found". Do any Synergy users know what my problem is?
