screencaptures - how can i change the default...?

does anybody know how i can change the default location of screen captures? i don't like them being on the desktop...and as i'm a designer...i take LOTS of them...

download tinkertool, it can be done, I'm pretty sure it works

get it from versiontracker.com
 
maybe that feature is in an earlier versions of TT...but it's not in the osx version...jv
