As the title says, I recently purchased the 6th gen ipod nano and I am loving it. But before I purchased it, I asked the Apple employee if they had a refresh guarantee, concerned that it was at the end of its cycle. And he told me "14 days return policy or if there is a refresh within a month (I bought it on Sept. 7th) then we can replace it for you." Is this in fact true?

It doesn't matter all too much to me whether I get it replaced or not, but I would like to hear if it is in fact true, rather than going by "well an employee said I could." and looking stupid in my attempt.
