VoiP help
I have att iPhone 4, and my good friend is on Verizon with a droid. His wife is little controlling regarding our friendship, so we'd like to try to talk without anything showing on his cell bill, whether free or not.
We did viber, but the echo was so intense, we gave it up. My question is would this work? Att iPhone 4--google voice and talkatone Verizon droid- google voice and groove ip I wasn't aware if users must be on the same VoIP for it to work. Also, if he uses groove ip, would google voice be enough on my end? I don't have to worry about what's on my itemized billing, he does though. Thank you so much, my poor friend is going through some tough family times and needs a friend. |

i think it would be easier just to talk Skype to Skype. Its runs on both devices and supports 3g.

I heard that Skype calls on iPhone are pretty crappy. Anyone have different experience?
