Is there a good support forum for libxml?

Where is the best place to ask about XML? Specifically using "libxml". Does Libxml have a support forum?

What I'm trying to do is in C, build an xml file from bits of other xml files. I'd like to parse the files and manipulate the tree structures (using xslt) then combine elements from each file, then output I'd post much more specific and narrow questons but along that kind of topic. I'm having a little trouble passing data between the reading and writiing APIs

Anyone got a link to another forum, Google is not helping me
