Adium File Transfers con Router

Has ANYONE got file transfers to work with Adium behind a router? I forwarded my ports and everything.

Back with windows, on GAIM, people would always try to connect to my local IP (e.g. 192.168.0.100). There was a box where I could paste my external IP and then people could connect. Now, Adium is built on GAIM, so why can I not find a similar box? This would solve problems, people wouldn't try to connect to my local IP anymore.

External IP + Forwarded ports = File transfer
