which color do you think will have better resale value

Probably white. You can get more for an iPhone 4 white now than you can for the iPhone 4 black.
 
Get the one you want. You can not predict the future and TBH the resale value will likely be very close wether it is black or white.

I like them both. I shouldn't have said value I should have said which will be easier to sell.
