I've installed the current version of adobe flash player, which nfl.com said i needed but i still can't watch videos on either website. Can someone help me out with this problem?

What Mac OS X version and browser version and Flash version do you use?
And what exact MacBook do you have?
I can watch those videos just fine (though they are quite pixelated, but that is probably due to being poorly encoded by whoever is in charge) on a 2009 MBP with Mac OS X 10.6.8 and Safari 5.0.5 and Flash 11.0 r1.

I have 2008 MacBook model 5.1. OS X 10.6.8. Safari 5.1 with Snow Leopard & the current version of Flash installed (I installed it earlier today).
