Stuffit Security Update
Dear StuffIt customer,
This email has been sent to all customers registered with us as
owning StuffIt Deluxe or DropStuff for Macintosh.
Anyone using StuffIt Expander 6.5.2 and older should download the
free upgrade to StuffIt Expander 7.0 to overcome a security
vulnerability in the previous versions. StuffIt Expander 7.0 can be
downloaded free as a component of the StuffIt Standard Edition 7.0
suite of utilities. It is also included in the new StuffIt Deluxe 7.0
which we expect to be shipping in Australia in the next 2 to 3 weeks.
Please let us know if you would like to be notified when it arrives
StuffIt Expander 7.0 can be downloaded from either of the following
Mac OS 8.6-9.2.2 (6.9 MB)
Mac OS X 10.1-10.2.x (5.5 MB)
