Can someone help me out with the actual price for an Iphone 4S?

So I'm going to attempt to buy the iphone 4S the day it comes out but I was wondering if someone could help me out with what most likely the total price will end up being. I want to buy the 199$ iphone 4S with apple care and I live in California so I think there is some kind of electronics sales tax I have to pay as well. How much will all that amount to? Thanks!

you california folks have to pay the device price ($199) plus tax on the unsubsidized phone price ($699 or whatever). So expect to pay like 60-70 bucks in tax.

you don't get to complain though, you live in california.
