Merge with iCloud?

I use Exchange for my mail, contacts, and calendar. I'm setting up iCloud and it's asking me if I want to merge.

Have any Exchange users tried this yet? Will it keep my Exchange setup but create a copy in iCloud as well or will it stop syncing contacts with Exchange?

Typically, Exchange stuff is kept separate from your other contacts and calendars. If it's asking if you want to merge what's on your phone with your iCloud stuff, that usually means it sees other stuff on your phone that's not Exchange and it's asking if you want to merge that stuff.

Though I haven't tried it with iOS 5 yet.
