wihtout a phone for nearly 4 hour now!

AGGG

without a phone for 4 hours feels like my limbs been cut!

only stage i can get to is half way at updateing firmware and it errors!

Exactly my thought. You're not the only person in the world having the issue. This is what happens when 25 million people at one time want something. It kills the server, and it has to be repaired before it can work. Calm down, and think back to the time when you had no phone, and you were nice and relaxed
