So is it true that it is currently impossible under *any* circumstances to merge multiple Apple IDs or iCloud/MobileMe IDs?
Before I realized how important/unique the Apple ID was (back in 2004 or something), I started using a new one. So a portion of my music library is associated with a different ID. Not a huge deal, I can authorize my computer for both. Now my primary e-mail and iCloud ID are both my me.com address.
So I have 3 separate ID's floating around there with different stuff tied to them, *all under my name*. Why is it such a huge deal to merge ID's? Do they think people will abuse that somehow? If anyone has ever had success changing/merging ID's, I'd love to hear about it.
Ideally, I wish everything was tied to my iCloud (me.com) address.
