iTunes not syncing music after iOS5 upgrade!

Anyone having problems with music not syncing to the iPhone? The correct boxes are ticked on itunes when it goes to sync it missing out music syncing and carrys on. The capacity bar below shows music is there but checking the iPhone music app its not and also checking on about .... tab on iPhone shows no music!

Please help!

I have everything correct but it won't sync once I have it plugged into the wall says my STEVE-HP isn't available. It's only syncs when its plugged in to the USB on my PC.

Also can't get it to where I purchase something on iTunes, usually free podcasts, to go to my iPhone 4.

I'm on the same WiFi.
