Mine set-up fine but its not syncing all my contacts (gets me kind of nervous)...I am hoping it's just from network traffic.

Let me know, thanks in advance.
 
I use Good Enterprise, which syncs to Exchange, and it took a while for all of my email to sync. It actually took a while for even one email to show up. Maybe similar to what you are experiencing.
