Should I remove my sim card from my iPhone 3GS when I sell it? I plan on selling through eBay. I have restored the phone to factory settings? Not sure if any info will carry over from the sim. If I remove the card would it be a deal breaker for anyone looking to buy the phone.

Thanks!

You should remove the SIM card. The buyer should already have a SIM card, if not one can be purchased or gotten for free from the carrier of choice.

If you have already terminated your plan, your SIM is pretty much useless. It is up to you to give it away or throw it out. Most carrier do not re-use old SIM from another person not related to you.

I sold all my old iphones on eBay. I simply tell the buyer phone does not include sim cards, get your own. Good luck.

can't use sim

A new user can't use the existing SIM anyway, so just take it out. they can use THEIR sim or get a free one at an AT&T store.
