Deactivated iPhone still showing my phone number?

My deactivated iPhone 4 is still showing my phone number. Will a full DFU restore fix this, or will I need to take it into my carrier's store to have them clear it?
 
Ok, did a DFU Restore, and it's now not only showing still showing my number, but showing that it's activated! 😕😕😕

How do I get my number off of this iPhone?
