iTunes won't sync a video to iPhone 4S, but it's did sync to iPhone 4

Any ideas why a home made video would sync to the iPhone 4, but not the iPhone 4S?

iTunes refuses to copy it.

Weird, right?

More info:

It's just under 4GB big. 1920x1080, H.264 Linear PCM. Worryingly, my iPhoto Library just stopped opening, too.
