Adding Accounts the "Old Way" in Mail.app/Tiger?

In Tiger's Mail.app, is there a way to set up new accounts the "old way" through the Accounts tab rather than going through that "Step-by-step" thing? It's really annoying to me.
 
Oh sweet Hula Jesus, if you figure out a way you'll be my hero. I do not give Apple a few grand every year to get friggin' wizards in return!

To answer your question... I've looked. Alot. I can't find it if it's there. 🙁
